Nicknames: Ash
Gender: Male
Age: Sixteen
Species: Nephilim
Occupation: Shadowhunter
Alliance: Clave

Hair color: Ash’s hair is dark brown and has a slight wave to it. As it is rather thick, he likes to keep it short and brushed away from his face.
Build: Ash knows that he isn’t the tallest and he knows that he’s still going to grow – that’s what he tells himself, at least. He has a muscular build and stands at 5’10” (1.78 m) with a well-proportioned body. He’s fair with the hints of a tan. Ash weighs a solid 159 lbs. (72 kg) and prefers to maintain this weight.
Important marks or distinguishing things:
Fashion sense: Acceptable. If he’s left to pick his own closet, Ash has the notorious habit of picking the worst things to wear. He doesn’t have a particular style and he has clothing items of all kinds. Despite that, he’s usually seen in some simple outfit consisting of some sort of casual shirt and jeans with a sweater if necessary. Since Ash doesn’t care about what he wears, he just puts on whatever Alice tells him to.

Feral; People agree that Ash’s behavior is a little bit off. With almost animal-like instincts and behavior, just by looking at him, one immediately gets the feeling that he’s not entirely human. When he looks others, they admit that he causes an uneasy feeling within them – like a predator who’s just scouted out his prey.
Withdrawn; He doesn’t make an effort to socialize with others, preferring to be the one just standing at the side. He’s grown used to the fact that people tend to avoid him merely for the fact that he gives off vibes that simply says that he is a little bit off and he doesn’t make too much of an attempt to correct it; why bother when it really won’t affect him?
Restless; Speculation says that his wanderer’s spirit comes from his father’s side of the family. Ash doesn’t like staying in one place and likes being on the move whenever he can. He’s always fidgeting and his interest usually wavers and wanders off.
Selfish; Not using to care for others, he does not usually take them into consideration, making decisions to suit himself without thinking about how they would affect others. If he does something, he does it to benefit himself, whether or not it benefits others.
Whimsical; Ash does things to his fancy. If he feels like walking off, he’ll do it. He’s perfectly comfortable with picking up and leaving when he wants to – be it with or without survival equipment.

The first member of the Fangcharmer that family appeared for an extended period of time in Alicante was Harrison Fangcharmer, who’d entered a bet with his cousin Alaric Fangcharmer. The terms to win was that Harrison was to stay in Alicante and graduate from shadowhunter academy. If nothing but for the fun of it, Harrison decided that he would take on the challenge and did just that. Sure enough, he succeeded, graduating and returning to inherit the Fangcharmer ring as the next head of the nomadic family and receive a powerful blessing, with Victoria Cartwright as his wife. She was the one who forced him to settle down in the Fangcharmer manor, telling him that she was pregnant and was not going to risk her children while on the move. Unwilling though he was, Harrison agreed.
Soon enough, Harrison decided that it had been worth the sacrifice of living a life in a caravan. Victoria had born him twins – a rare occurrence (or so he’d been told) in the Fangcharmer family. Both children were healthy, the girl born before the boy. The two named their children Alice Syeira Fangcharmer and Asher Camlo Fangcharmer. With a bit of compromising, the two decided to live half the year traveling around Idris and the other half living in the Fangcharmer manor, to let them choose their own way of lifestyle when they grow older.
Alice and Ash grew up together and forged a deep bond with each other. Many people agreed that the two were like two parts of a whole and the yin to the other’s yang. Ash took on the more feral, nomadic qualities of the Fangcharmer family while Alice took on a sage, stable qualities of their mother’s side of the family. She was the only one who was able to get him to completely listen to her and he was the only one that was able to understand her aversion to fighting and gore and protect her.
When they were both five, the family moved back to the Fangcharmer manor as their mother was about to have another child. It was here that Ash discovered his fondness for sweet things and started learning the techniques of shadowhunting from his father. When they were six, their younger sister Geraldine was born. Since Geraldine wasn’t as healthy as her two older siblings, Harrison and Victoria decided to stay at the Fangcharmer manor instead of risk their child dying. Neither twin was happy with this change; they liked camping out in the open and one day, the two decided to take off and camp, leaving without warning in the middle of the night and not coming back for three nights. Their parents blamed each other for the disappearance of their two children and when they returned, warned them not to do it again.
Although they still weren’t happy, they decided to comply. With a little bit of stability, the two finally started to find their strengths. While Alice had a talent for tactics and long-range fighting, Ash took pleasure in melee fighting and spontaneity. As the two started training in different things, they grew apart. They stopped sharing the same bed at age ten, each taking a room of their own. When the twins were eleven, Alaric Fangcharmer came to visit and offered Ash his set of finger blades if he managed to defeat him. Even though the chances were slim, the boy fought hard and earned the weapons, earning himself his three scars on his back and at the same time making Alaric the most unlucky person in Fangcharmer history.
After this, Ash started to go about by himself more often, feeling able to take care of himself and thus go out whenever he felt like it. Alice became more of an indoors person though and the two distanced even more to just normal siblings. They grew a little bit closer to Geraldine, who was still largely unable to leave the house, being a sickly child. In the end, Harrison and Victoria decided to move closer to Alicante, in hope that someone would be able to help Geraldine recover her strength. When the twins were sixteen, the family moved to the outskirts of Alicante and has been there ever since. Although they aren’t taking any particular stance in the war, they tend more towards the Clave’s side rather than the Circle.

She raised an eyebrow at the Libra’s comment but chose not to respond at that moment; she was going to get him back for that on the detention day. No one got away with something like that. As for Tristan though, the kid was actually decent. “I’ll let him know you were looking out for him,” she replied, “the grumpy butt still feels left out because he hasn’t got a division named after him,” not technically, anyways. She could be considered a Sagittarius in a way – hey, why not.
“No can do, see, the child needs to be put in his place every once in a while. You though, dare to see how I’ll administer detention to rude people like him? Might ease your mind.” Echo inquired impishly. “Now go, shoo. If you ever change your mind about Torchics though, gimme a shout. Name’s Echo.”
